Thaizhou Far East Copper production process is entirely carried out in state of the art facility, we strongly believe in the importance of high-quality standards and control and this allows us to reach the ability to provide our customers with high levels of service and lead time.
RAW MATERIALS, DRAWN BRASS BARS
The raw materials used for manufacturing semi-finished products are brass bars, made from an alloy of copper, zinc
and nickel at our own facility
FORGING
The initial deformation stage of the raw materials (brass bars)
takes place inside Thaizhou Far East Copper premises. we specialized in hot forging bar sections. Its certified forging mills
have had vast experience,
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Upon their arrival, and before being processed on Thaizhou Far
East Cooper premises, the semi-finished products undergo a
quality control run by qualified personnel with optical and digi-
tal tools ensuring a high degree of accuracy
SANDBLASTER
This is essential to clean and get the pieces ready for the sub-
sequent processing stages on CNC machine tools and for sur-
face treatments, such as nickel plating and chrome plating.
CNC MACHINE / TOOLING
Our production facilities boast 25 completely automatic numerically controlled CNC machine tools, CNC Tool machines
are Thaizhou Far East flagship. It is thanks to their customized
technology.
ASSEMBLING
Our team of highly trained professionals is dedicated to
assembling the parts with precision and care, ensuring that
the final product is of the highest quality. We understand the
importance of delivering a finished product that meets your
expectations.
TESTING
We take quality assurance seriously, and our engineers con-
duct thorough testing on every assembled piece at our
state-of-the-art in-house testing facility. This ensures that
each product meets our high standards before it is released to
the market.
PACKING

packing the final product according to market standards, en-
suring that it is well-protected during transportation.
